On My Way is a ride-sharing platform built around a single mobile application that supports both passenger and driver experiences, alongside a separate administrative dashboard. The mobile application brings both user roles together, while the dashboard provides a centralized interface for managing rides and overseeing platform operations. Built with Flutter and Firebase, the platform also supports live GPS tracking for monitoring ride locations in real time.
